Members include: Michael Hossack, Tom Johnston, John McFee, Patrick Simmons, Guy Allison, Marc Russo, Skylark, and Ed Toth.The Doobie Brothers have sold over 22 million albums in the United States from the 1970s to the present.The Doobie Brothers were inducted into The Vocal Group Hall of Fame in 2004.

Journey is an American rock band created in San Francisco, California in 1973, which has sold more than 100 million albums. Current band member includes: Neal, Schon, Ross Valory, Jonathan Cain, Deen Castronovo and their newly acquired Filipino vocalist Arnel Pineda.

Journey has gone through several phases since its inception by former members of Santana. The band’s greatest commercial success came in the late 1970s through the early 1980s with a series of power ballads and songs such as “Don’t Stop Believing”, “Any Way You Want It”, “Faithfully”, “Open Arms”, “Separate Ways”, and “Wheel in the Sky.”

Joseph “Satch” Satriani is an American guitarist and ex guitar instructor. He was born July 15, 1956 in Westbury, New York, U.S. His self-released debut album, Not of This Earth in 1986, paved the way to a world of instrumental rock music in what was then a pop-dominated world. He is heavily influenced by Jimi Hendrix, Jimmy Page and Jeff Beck. Satriani has used his own signature guitar, the Ibanez JS Series,since 1990. This guitar is widely sold in stores. He also has a signature series amplifier, the Peavey JSX.

In 1988, Satriani was recruited by the Rolling Stones’ Mick Jagger as lead guitarist for Jagger’s first solo tour. Later, in 1994, Satriani was also the lead guitarist for Deep Purple. Satriani has also worked with a wide range of guitarists from many styles, including Steve Vai, John Petrucci, Eric Johnson, Yngwie Malmsteen, Patrick Rondat, Paul Gilbert, and Robert Fripp through the annual G3 Jam Concerts.

Cher is an American pop music singer-songwriter, actress and record producer. Her birthname is Cherilyn Sarkisian LaPiere and she was born on May 20, 1946 at El Centro, Calfornia, USA. Cher is already 62 years old but despite her age she still continues to entertain us with her songs and of course live concerts every now and then. Among her career accomplishments in music, television and film, she has won an Academy Award, a Grammy Award, an Emmy Award and three Golden Globe Awards among others.

Cher became commercially famous in 1965 as one half of the pop/rock duo Sonny & Cher. Then she established herself as a solo recording artist, a television star in the 1970’s and a film actress in the 1980’s.

Her smash hit single, “Believe” (1998), is the third biggest-selling single released by a female musician worldwide, the biggest-selling ever for Warner Bros. Records and the biggest-selling dance song, having sold over 10 million copies worldwide.  Guinness World Records list her as the only female recording artist to have Top 10 hits in every decade of her career and the oldest female artist to reach number one. In 2002, Rolling Stone estimates her personal net worth at over $600 million.

Rascal Flatts is an American Grammy Award-winning country music group originally created in Nashville, Tennessee. At the beginning of their career Rascal Flatts has been composed of three members including Gary LeVox (lead vocals); LeVox’s second cousin, Jay DeMarcus (bass guitar, vocals); and Joe Don Rooney (lead guitar, vocals).

Rascal Flatts has released five studio albums and a live compilation to date, all on Lyric Street Records. Their first two albums, 2000’s Rascal Flatts and 2002’s Melt, have been certified 2× Multi-Platinum and 3× Multi-Platinum, respectively, in the United States, while 2004’s Feels Like Today and 2006’s Me and My Gang have received 5× Multi-Platinum and 4× Multi-Platinum certifications respectively. Still Feels Good, their most recent album, is certified 2× Multi-Platinum.

Stevie Wonder is an American singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and record producer.  prominent figure of 20th century popular music, Wonder has recorded more than thirty top ten hits, won 25 Grammy Awards (a record for a solo artist), plus one for lifetime achievement, won an Academy Award for Best Song and been inducted into both the Rock and Roll and Songwriters halls of fame. He has also been awarded the Polar Music Prize.

Extreme is an American funky metal rock band that achieved popularity in the late 1980s and early 1990s. The band members are Gary Cherone, Nuno Bettencourt, Pat Badger and Kevin Figueiredo. Extreme has released four studio albums, two EPs (in Japan) and two compilations since its formation. The band was one of the most successful bands from the early 1990s, selling over 10 million albums worldwide.

Extreme rose to fame with its 1990 release Pornograffitti, which peaked at number 10 on the Billboard 200, and was certified gold in May 1991 and 2x multi-platinum in October 1992. That album also featured the acoustic ballad hit single “More Than Words”, which reached #1 on Billboard’s Hot 100 in the United States. Extreme has recently finished work on Saudades de Rock, the band’s first release since their 1996 disbandment and 2007 reformation.

Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr. or most famously known as Lil Wayne, is an American rapper. He met the Cash Money Records manager as a teenager and eventually recorded for the label. He was a member of the rap group, Hot Boys. Today he is one of the best-selling rappers in the world, which has brought him praise as well as disdain.

Wayne’s first solo album “Tha Block Is Hot” includes significant contributions from the Hot Boys and went double platinum, climbing to #3 on the Billboard album charts.The album earned Wayne a 1999 Source magazine award nomination for “Best New Artist”, and also became a Top Ten hit. After the release of “Tha Block is Hot”, Wayne was featured on the single, “Bling Bling”, with B.G., Juvenile, Turk, and Big Tymers.

His latest album, “Tha Carter III” was released on June 10, 2008.. The first single “Lollipop” quickly became the rapper’s most commercially successful song to date, topping the Billboard Hot 100 and making it the first Top 10 single for Wayne as a solo artist, as well as his first #1 hit.

Muse is an English rock band created in 1994 Teignmouth, Devon using the alias Rocket Baby Dolls. Band member includes Matthew Bellamy (vocals, guitar and piano), Christopher Wolstenholme (bass guitar and backing vocals) and Dominic Howard (drums and percussion). Muse fuse alternative, hard rock, progressive rock, classical music and electronica. Muse is famous for their energetic and visually dazzling live performances and on June 16th & 17th, 2007 became the first band to sell out the newly built Wembley Stadium in London.

Muse have recorded four studio albums. “Showbiz” their debut album was released in 1999, followed by “Origin of Symmetry” in 2001 and “Absolution” in 2003. The most recent, “Black Holes & Revelations” (2006) was also the most critically acclaimed, gaining the band a Mercury Prize nomination and a third place finish in the NME Albums of the Year list for 2006. Muse have also released 2 live albums, Hullabaloo Soundtrack (2002) and H.A.A.R.P (2008). The Sex Pistols is an English punk rock band that was created in London in 1975. The band members include John Lydon, Steve Jones, Paul Cook and Glen Matlock. Their initial career lasted only three years and they haveproduced only four singles and one studio album, “Never Mind the Bollocks, Here’s the Sex Pistols”. But the Sex Pistols have been described by the BBC as “the definitive English punk rock band.”The Pistols are widely credited with initiating the punk movement in the United Kingdom and creating the first generation gap within rock and roll.

The Sex Pistols created controversies which are famous in Britain, and somehow outdone their music. Their shows and tours repeatedly faced difficulties with organisers and authorities, and public appearances often ended in mayhem. Their 1977 single “God Save the Queen” was regarded as an attack on the British monarchy and British nationalism.

The Sex Pistols were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on 24 February 2006, , but they refused to attend the ceremony, calling the museum “a piss stain”.

Puddle Of Mudd is composed of Wesley Scantlin, Doug Ardito, Christian Stone, and Ryan Yerdon. They achieved success on rock radio and some success in the mainstream, and their debut album Come Clean has sold well over 5 million copies. To date the band has sold over 7 million albums, and have had many #1 mainstream rock singles in the U.S. They have released 5 albums, with their latest being Famous, released in 2007. Puddle of Mudd holds the record for being the first new rock artist to debut in the top 10 of the Billboard 200. Their song “Famous” was the WWE One Night Stand 2007 official theme song, and is also featured in the videogame WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2008 as well.

Jimmy Eat World is an alternative rock band created in Mesa, Arizona on 1993. Singer/guitarist Jim Adkins and drummer Zach Lind, who had been friends since kindergarten, joined with guitarist Tom Linton and bass player Mitch Porter to try their hand at music. Early on Jimmy Eat World emulated the style of its punk-rock influences, with Linton serving as the band’s primary singer. Within the span of a couple of years, the band recorded and released three singles and a full-length on local label Wooden Blue Records. They have recorded and released 5 albums entitled Statis Prevails, Clarity, Bleed American, Futures and Chase this Light.

Foo Fighters is an American alternative, post grunge rock band created  by singer/guitarist Dave Grohl in 1995. Grohl formed the group as a one-man project after the dissolution of his previous band Nirvana in 1994. Before the release of their first album in 1995 entitled “Foo Fighters”, Grohl was joined by Nate Mendel (bass), William Goldsmith (drums), and Pat Smear (guitar) to complete the group. Goldsmith and Smear left after the recording of the group’s second album “The Colour and the Shape” (1997). They were then joined by Taylor Hawkins and Franz Stahl, respectively, although Stahl left prior to the recording of the group’s third album, “There Is Nothing Left to Lose” (1999).

Foo Fighters released its sixth album Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace in 2007. Over the course of the band’s career, three of its albums have won Grammy Awards for Best Rock Album, and all six have been nominated for Grammys.

Maroon 5 is a Grammy Award winning American pop rock band from Los Angeles, California and was created on 1995. The band is composed of five members: Adam Levine (vocals, guitar), James Valentine (guitar, vocals), Jesse Carmichael (keyboards, vocals), Mickey Madden (bass guitar), and Matt Flynn (drums).

Maroon 5 has received several awards for its debut album “Songs About Jane”. The Hush Sound is an alternative rock quartet originating in Chicago, Illinois and was created on 2004. Originally, named “The Hush,” the band later changed their name to “The Hush Sound” due to the discovery of a rapper with the same name. The band is composed of Bob Morris on vocals and guitar, Chris Faller on bass and vocals, Darren Wilson on drums and vocals, and Greta Salpeter on vocals and piano.

The Hush Sound released their first studio album in 2005 entitled “So Sudden”. Their second studio album, Like Vines, was released in 2006 under the independent record label, Fueled by Ramen. Their third album, Goodbye Blues, was recorded in October and November of 2007 in Los Angeles and was released March 18, 2008.
