Puddle of Mudd is an American band from Kansas City, Missouri, United States. They had been active since 1993. Puddle Of Mudd is composed of Wesley Scantlin, Doug Ardito, Christian Stone, and Ryan Yerdon. They achieved success on rock radio and some success in the mainstream, and their debut album Come Clean has sold well over 5 million copies. To date the band has sold over 7 million albums, and have had many #1 mainstream rock singles in the U.S. They have released 5 albums, with their latest being Famous, released in 2007. Puddle of Mudd holds the record for being the first new rock artist to debut in the top 10 of the Billboard 200. Their song “Famous” was the WWE One Night Stand 2007 official theme song, and is also featured in the videogame WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2008 as well.
