My Chemical Romance Tours the World

My Chemical Romance is a band influenced by the September 11,2001 bombing of the World Trade Center. Its lead singer Gerard Way was the one who formed the band because he wanted to dedicate to the memories he had about the said event. The band is composed of Gerard Way (lead vocals), Ray Toro (guitar, vocals), Mikey Way ( bass guitar), Frank Lero (guitar, vocals) and Bob Bryar (drums, percussion). The band had achieved worldwide recognition due to their Three Cheer for Sweet Revenge album on 2004 which includes the singles “Helena” and the “Ghost of You”.
The band classified themselves as a rock band though opinion from fans vary. Some of their fans have categorized them as alternative rock, pop punk, post hard core and emo. Well, whatever classification they might have, I still think that this band really rocks and I really like them.
Another album that brought success to the band is The Black Parade that was released on 2006 and still dominates the airwaves at present. My Chemical Romance’s Teenagers, Famous Last Words, I Don’t Love You and Welcome to the Black Parade are from these album. These songs have reign the airwaves on their respective releases.
My Chemical Romance have their tours in Europe, Australia, Asia and the US from this month to the end of the year and they are going to be at the O2 Arena, London, United Kingdom, tomorrow November 15, 2007. Watch out for Gerard and his Band! MCR Rocks!
